A professional, union affiliated actress, Angela has a Master of Fine Arts degree and did post graduate study at The Royal National Theatre in London, in addition to Shakespeare classes in New York City. Her graduate experience fueled a passion for the classic works of Western Civilization, and she went on to research and teach Theatre History and other college classes reflecting the relationship between theatre and culture. A lifelong love of Shakespeare has guided Angela’s career choices and she recently completed a teacher training program sponsored by the Folger Shakespeare Library at the University of Nebraska. She has had two magazine articles published. Angela and her husband Bob have been married for 24 years, and they home educate their five children, who range in age from five to sixteen. For ten years, Angela has directed Shakespeare productions for Home educated students, and taught Shakespeare classes at virtually every level, from college to kindergarten. Angela has also been a certified fitness instructor for twenty-four years and currently teaches weight lifting, interval training classes, kickboxing, aquatic exercise, and hoola hooping. Angela and Bob have served their church as Sunday school teachers, vacation bible school directors, Drama team directors, and children’s worship leaders.
