for 4 days of exhilarating instruction
and “ a real hands in the dirt experience.”
There is no better place to relax, enjoy nature, make new friendships and learn how to grow all of your own food.
Sixteen outdoor lectures and classes 
Real greenhouse and outside crops experience 
Real cowboy dutch-oven cooking 
Nature walks with plenty of wildlife and the wonders of the native flora
Some of the topics we will cover:
Soil types: What do you have in your garden?
Acidity/alkalinity: what do plants like?
Micro nutrients
Amending the soil
Microbiology: what is happening under there?
Composting
Vermiculture: the secret down under.
Soil blocking
Fertilizing
Double digging: vs the broadfork.
Organic matter: the wonders of humus.
Green manure: legumes are the all the rage.
Nutrition and basic Herbology
Greenhousing: extend your growing season by 4 months.
Undersowing: create a plant community.
Crop rotation: what is your 3-year plan?
Resting your soil: leaving it fallow.
